Go With The Flow
During this holiday season, it is imperative that we go with the flow and not allow daily annoyances or disappointments to pull us down. Stuff happens and we will be better off by learning from them and moving on.

What is the point of running ourselves ragged when we can stop, stretch, and release the stress? Take a walk, pray, meditate, listen to music or even take a drive into the countryside; all can do wonders for our health...

Why 'Go With the Flow' as my theme for this post? By some minor error, I lost most of the badges today (all of Tues-Sun) and realized that the best approach is ... to go with the flow. My decision got me thinking about how important it is for us to maintain perspective as we go through our day, week, month and the coming year...
