One thing they all seemed to share is the fact that happiness and being positive is a choice. We can look at difficult situations and find the good in them. We can choose to see the light in a dark tunnel. If we want to maintain an equilibrium of joy in our lives, we have to be proactive in ensuring that we surround ourselves with uplifting people and thoughts. Now that is taking a chance at being videotaped for being Happy. We can be grounded in reality and still find joy in our lives. Being positive or happy doesn't mean pretending that everything is perfect. It means seeing the perfection in our imperfections.
